Color Basic

Color BASIC is the extended version of Microsoft's BASIC interpreter designed for use with the Color Computer. The language was first introduced with RadioShack’s TRS-80 Color Computer and later evolved through various iterations, adapting to more advanced hardware capabilities. Some of its features include commands for graphics, sound and input/output from connected devices. Despite being a simple language when compared to modern programming standards, it played a significant role in exposing hobbyists and students to computer science concepts during the 1980s.
