With over nine years of experience in data, various roles have been undertaken, including Analyst, Supervisor, Scientist, Coordinator, and Data Specialist. Developed an analytical environment integrating PySpark with multiple data sources to streamline ETL processes, reduce data volume, provide ad-hoc queries, and support diverse analytical developments. Automated BI reporting solutions significantly reduced manual labor, facilitated a liaison role between the data team and operations directory, and created a university admissions simulator using student grade projections. This project allowed the Operations Directorate to utilize simulated scenarios for sales arguments to Educational Systems Regulators. As a Coordinator of Data Science Analytics, the transformation of the department was achieved by structuring technologies and forming a team. Market study analysis flow automation was accomplished through an interface connected to various databases and developed a predictive model for the number of beneficiaries of all health plans in Brazil with over 98% accuracy. This model enabled comprehensive commercial and marketing analysis on short-, medium-, and long-term bases and a preliminary customer clustering model exploring adherence and cancellation scenarios was developed. Contributed to increasing the lead conversion rate from 3% to 11%, substantially enhancing ROI through data-driven insights in partnership with the Market Intelligence Directorate. Participation in numerous analytical initiatives and support for IT department technology integration efforts for data storage were also key responsibilities.
