Extensive experience in planning and executing research and development projects for IT applications, including solutions for managing external financing programs, supervising construction works, and innovating research in the electricity sector. Proficient in power station failure monitoring and health management systems.

Experience includes roles as a development sector coordinator and team coordinator in various IT laboratories. Served as a research and development fellow specializing as a .NET analyst and developer on projects focused on methodologies for evaluating research and development projects regulated by ANEEL. Additionally, contributed as an analyst and .NET developer for meteorological monitoring systems aiding decision-making in operations centers.

Held research and development scholarships working as a Java developer, contributing to the NextSaúde - Nucleus of Excellence in Semantic Interoperability Health Systems project, and involved in the Intelligent Management of Health Systems for Decision Making - GI2S project in collaboration with a technology company. As a CAPES scientific initiation scholar, participated in developing and analyzing the METAL project, a communication mechanism between concessionaires and customers using Digital TV.
