Initially, his career was rooted in education, having graduated from one of Brazil's top public universities, UDESC - CEFID. Over a decade teaching in NGOs and public schools, he honed vital skills such as communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and team management. His academic excellence led him to secure first place in a public examination, facilitating his pursuit of a master's degree at UFSC.

Four years ago, Gabriel transitioned to software development, leveraging his advanced statistics knowledge and programming languages acquired during his master's degree. He has since specialized in Javascript technologies for both front-end and back-end development, including React, React Native, Node.Js, Express, Next.js, and Typescript. This career shift proved successful as he gained substantial experience in web and mobile development, culminating in his promotion to Team Manager last year. In this role, he has refined his expertise in agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices, thereby gaining a comprehensive understanding of both software development and effective team leadership within the tech industry.

Gabriel is proficient in English at a C2 level and is comfortable in international settings. His ongoing professional development includes studying Python and Generative Artificial Intelligence, ensuring he stays abreast of market trends. As a mature and responsible professional, a husband, and a father of two, Gabriel is poised to tackle significant challenges, contribute meaningfully to projects, and lead teams with efficiency.
