Cesar Groh is a senior Information Technology executive with extensive experience in leading retail sectors, both nationally and internationally. His career, which began in the late 1990s, has been marked by the successful implementation and development of numerous ERP systems and other software innovations.

Throughout his executive journey, Cesar has gained a reputation for effectively combining budget management, people development, and IT outsourcing strategies. His versatility is evident in the various leadership roles he has undertaken, including five years as a Logistics Director, three years as an eCommerce Director, and one year as a Customer Relationship Director.

Cesar is recognized not only for his technical expertise but also for his ability to foster strong, high-performance teams. He is adept at translating technology and innovation into practical business value through strategic IT planning, execution, and communication. His leadership extends to the successful execution of projects with major software companies such as SAP, Oracle, and IBM.

His proficiency spans across all IT disciplines, including architecture, information security and cybersecurity, software development, infrastructure, databases, business intelligence, business analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, IT service management, IT governance, and compliance with GDPR/LGPD regulations.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Cesar holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, a Master of Science degree in digital consumer behavior, and specializations in artificial intelligence and machine learning. He is currently based in Porto Alegre, Brazil, but has also lived in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Florianopolis, and Mexico City, and remains open to travel and relocation.
