From March 2013 to July 2017, developed a testing lab for an ATM development team, replicating real-world environments including testing, validation, and pre-production. This led to a significant reduction in error occurrences and preemptively identified critical errors. Between November 2009 and February 2013, worked with the Quality Control and Sustainability team, where the role involved migrating a legacy ATM system to new technology, helping model the new system architecture, and participating in anti-fraud implementations and monitoring. From September 2009 to February 2010, contributed to the SmartCard team by engaging in file exchanges and testing routines with acquirers such as Cielo and Rede. Aided in the creation of a standardized communication model that reduced maintenance time. From July 2008 to November 2009, focused on developing ATM software projects, managing occurrences, and loading new modules. This work included enhancing automation processes, which significantly reduced processing time and expedited the deployment of corrections. Throughout these roles, developed a solid expertise in system architecture modeling, technological migrations, and the standardization of communication protocols in ATM software environments.
