Established a Project Office in 2017 using PMBOK/PMI standards, resulting in reduced project life cycles and lowered costs. Redesigned the network in 2018 to form a National Backbone, enhancing regional interconnectivity and capacity. Transformed regional networks from Mesh to Ring in 2019, enhancing network design with contingencies and high capacity.
