Full-stack developer who began programming at 15, initially using BASIC and Pascal. Over the course of their career, they have developed proficiency in several programming languages, notably PHP, Java, Swift, C+, C, Python, and with a specialization in Ruby. Led the creation and implementation of the Web Manager System, ensuring seamless integration with the Tax System for effective tax monitoring by managers, mayors, and secretaries. Engineered the Support System to control requests, support calls, and travel monitoring, incorporating various existing systems. Developed and deployed the Electronic Service Invoice Web Service, integrated with the Tax System for enhanced efficiency. Spearheaded the Taxpayer Portal project to integrate with the Tax System, facilitating the issuance of rates, certificates, ITBIs, and document authenticity.

Coordinated the development of the Electronic Invoice System across multiple platforms including Web, iPhone, and Android. Planned and supervised the development of the Municipal Manager System, incorporating modules for accounting, treasury, warehouse, bidding, budget, and PPA, and ensured integration with state, federal government control systems, and regulatory agencies.

Oversaw the data conversion process for new clients into the existing Tax System database. Managed the hiring process for new employees in programming and support roles. Planned and executed client service trips across Ceará, Maranhão, Pernambuco, and Bahia, delivering face-to-face assistance. Monitored and managed support demands for the Tax System, addressing changes and corrections promptly.

Conducted strategic meetings with clients to discuss new implementations for the Tax System, including integrations with SISOBRA from the federal revenue, digital protest with the CRA, judicial processes with TJ –CE, PIX with Banco do Brasil, and integration with JUCEC for company registration. Currently facilitating the integration of municipalities with the national data environment for service invoice submission.
