Walking through the Howdy House’s main entrance puts you in its kitchen. Like in any good house, it’s the real star of the show. It features a long peninsula marble countertop, multiple refrigerators, an oven, a stovetop, and a fully stocked pantry.

The kitchen also flows into the lounge, making this part of the house the perfect spot to socialize and take a break from the workday for a much-deserved snack or meal.

Because Howdy team members don’t have assigned workstations, it’s common to see people shifting their location throughout the workday by spending a little time at a desk and a little time in the lounge.

You’ll often find them in the most spacious of the two conference rooms at the back of the house. It features a large-screen TV and plenty of seating. As a company that utilizes hybrid work models and coordinates with talent across seven cities in five countries, we constantly use this space to communicate with team members over video calls.

Lastly, the porch is a popular spot for sipping sparkling water or iced coffee and working in the shade. It overlooks Cesar Chavez St., offering ample opportunities for people-watching.
