Since our founding in 2018, Howdy has introduced exceptional LatAm talent to US businesses. Check out some of the recognition we’ve received over the past year:
Forbes
As part of their annual list of America’s Best Startup Employers, Forbes selects 3,000 privately-held companies in the U.S. With the help of the marketing firm Statista, Forbes determines 500 of the highest-rated companies. In 2024, Howdy earned the #403 spot.
Forbes determines its ranking by analyzing millions of data points, including parental leave, workplace flexibility, and diversity initiatives. Year after year, research shows that companies that invest more resources into their teams develop a much longer-lasting and mutually beneficial relationship with them, ultimately benefiting both employers and employees.
Inc.
The Inc. 5000 acknowledges companies’ ability to consistently earn revenue, create jobs, and scale. According to the magazine, the 5,000 companies on the list are “building the future.” While Howdy made great strides in our first year and a half in the software service industry, the pandemic forced businesses to redefine their relationships with remote work. What was once a novelty quickly became commonplace, which helped us accelerate our growth.
Though there’s no definitive example of the future of work, we’ve successfully employed our hybrid model across eight cities on two continents. We’re thrilled to make the #238 spot in our first appearance on the Inc 5000.
Austin Business Journal
For thirty years, the ABJ has released an annual list called Fast 50, consisting of the fastest-growing Austin-based companies. The 2023 edition placed Howdy at #4, and we are delighted to be identified for our rapid growth and success. To stand out in a crowded tech community is no small feat, and it inspires us to take Howdy to even greater heights.
From Buenos Aires to Barton Springs, the teams in every Howdy office are honored to receive such recognition from these prestigious publications.
