About Base Crm

Base CRM was created in 2009 by Uzi Shmilovici and his team to address the need for a more intuitive and efficient sales management tool. In 2018, Zendesk acquired Base CRM and rebranded it as Zendesk Sell to integrate it into their suite of customer service products.
